Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Direct service worker with a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and relevant supervised experience, certified by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board and the state. The BCBA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with a diagnosis of autism.  The BCBA completes a comprehensive functional assessment with the child and family to determine current levels of functioning including strengths and deficits, and then develops a multidisciplinary, individualized, goal-directed treatment plan based on the child and family needs.
