Your health matters.
Compassionate Health Care
Care for the sick and injured doesn't begin with costly procedures - it starts with simple acts of affection, empathy, and concern.
Our approach to health care is shaped by the understanding that all of us - patients and providers, students and volunteers - are bound together.
Prevention and Care
We serve the healthy, sick and injured. Learning about and practicing good health throughout your lifetime is likely the single best method to prevent disease.
Find a Provider
Are you looking for a family provider who gets to know you and provides your health care over the long term? Maybe you need a specialist for a new or long-standing complaint? Finding the right provider from the start helps save time and inconvenience.
Find a Specialty
We serve more than 166,000 people across 25 medical clinics, 14 dental clinics, 8 pharmacies, and 57 programs in two states. Beyond medical care, we offer dental, orthodontia, optometry, nutritional counseling, autism screening and behavioral health services. We have a wide range of specialist health providers ready to help.
Paying for Your Care
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private health plans. Check with your local clinic if you have questions about your specific insurance coverage.
We are committed to making health care affordable and providing care regardless of citizenship or financial status. We offer a variety of special programs including a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines.
