Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic patients can use a link sent to your mobile device, Apple or Android, or the MyChart App.
How to have a video visit with your provider

- Check your Wi-Fi to make sure you have a good connection.
- Choose a quiet and private location for your video visit, one free from distractions
- Be ready to join the video Video Visit at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Join the visit. Within 24 hours of your appointment, you can e-Check in. See the Video Visit Guide PDF for e-Check in
- You are able to start your visit 30 minutes before your appointment. Make sure you connect at least 5 minutes before your appointment’s start time.

- Call your or text your Primary Care Provider
- Schedule an appointment through your MyChart account

- MyChart App for iOS or for Android (If you already have the MyChart app, make sure it is the most recent version)
