Services & Programs

Our Services & Programs are an extension of the care that patients receive at our clinics. As part of our patient-centered approach to care, we work with community partners to improve the health of our patients by addressing basic needs like food, shelter, education, training, and more. Northwest Community Action Center, Behavioral Health Services, Nutrition Services (WIC), Community Health Services, New Hope HIV/AIDS, Outreach Services and Mobile Health Units are just a few of services and programs we offer families.

Nutrition Services

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic Nutrition Services offers Primary Care Nutrition Services working with our patients in our clinics. In addition, in many of our locations, YVFWC Nutrition Services offers the health and nutrition support and benefits of WIC, the health and Nutrition Program for Women, Infants & Children in Washington & Oregon.

Community Health Services

YVFWC Community Health Services exists because we realize that "health" does not come simply from what a patient is able to obtain in an encounter with a medical provider.

We provide services in the community to help address the issues our patient population is facing, which ultimately affects their health.
