Free English Classes Offered at Safe Haven Community Center

Classes begin January 2, 2018

TOPPENISH – Safe Haven Community Center in Toppenish is preparing a winter session of English as a Second Language classes, beginning January 2, 2018.

The classes are open to the public and free of charge, at 410 Washington Avenue in Toppenish.

Classes are offered Monday through Thursday. A beginners’ class is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and an intermediate class is from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.

All students must take an assessment before being placed in a class. For more information, participants can call (509) 865-1804. 


Safe Haven Community Center is part of the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic network of care.
