Unify Community Health at West Central Community Center is located in the West Central neighborhood of Spokane.  Experienced family physicians provide a full spectrum of care, including prenatal care and delivery, and care for children.

A sliding fee scale is available for patients without insurance coverage. The friendly, helpful, well-trained staff is committed to the belief that the health of one person is the health of humanity. We work with patients to ensure that you receive quality healthcare that is affordable.

Most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted.
