Dental Receptionist- Full Time

What you'll do:

  • Fill an important role in our dental front office, assisting patients and keeping the front office running smoothly
  • Schedule appointments and make reminder calls
  • Register patients and inform them about the clinic, charges, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare and manage patient charts
  • Work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm and Saturday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Your qualifications:

  • Your front office experience in a medical or dental office or other office setting is a plus
  • You are experienced with billing, data entry, customer service, and using computer applications
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish and can score at level 9 on the ALTA Spanish conversation assessment
  • High School diploma or GED
