Hours:
Medical services are available by appointment from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
WIC services are available by appointment from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted.
