The friendly staff at Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Center is ready to help. Our highly trained team of health care professionals offer a wide range of services, including:

  • OB/GYN, prenatal, and postpartum care
  • Pediatric care
  • Dental care for kids
  • On-site WIC help and nutritional guidance

We take most insurance plans, including Healthy Options, Medicaid, and Medicare. Many of our staff are bilingual, if you need translation for a language (including sign language) our staff does not speak, we will arrange translation for you for no charge.

For after-hours medical care, call (509) 575-1234. For after-hours dental care, call (509) 575-3399. Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Center is part of our residency program, where the next generation of health care professionals receives advanced training from our senior staff. If you have a concern regarding the quality or safety of your care, we encourage you to let us know.

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC) for Women, Infants, and Children under 5 years old helps families find the healthy food they need to thrive. Get WIC program services at this Yakima WIC office located in the Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Center building in Yakima County, Washington. Yakima WIC also provides nutrition guidance, breastfeeding consultations, and referrals to local healthcare outlets and community services as needed. We have multiple WIC offices in Yakima County including WIC Granger, WIC Toppenish, WIC Wapato, and WIC Yakima – making it easy to access a WIC program near you.
