Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Unify Community Health currently has an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team. Unify Community Health serves the communities of Spokane, WA with three locations and a focus on family medicine care.

Our team-based approach to patient care means you are part of a care team passionate about working in community health. You will have the chance to develop and cultivate patient relationships through the management of your own patient panel.

Education Required: Graduation from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant training program.

Experience Required: None.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration Required: State medical licensure (in Washington, licensure with prescriptive authority); DEA; National certification for nurse practitioner or physician assistant; and CPR/ACLS/BLS/PALS certification (if applicable to practice location).
